Our PERFORMANTE watches have steel straps that have removeable links. We recommend taking your watch to a jeweler who will be able to remove links. You can also remove the links yourself if you are a handy man!
If you want to cancel your order please contact email@example.com as soon as possible. If we already shipped your watch we can't cancel your order and you have to send the watch back to our warehouse. You will need to pay for the shipping costs yourself and we will charge 8euro for the shipping costs we paid to ship the watch to you.
Once we received your package at our warehouse we will inspect the item.
It must be unused and still in "new" condition so we can sell the item again.
If your return is approved we will refund your order and it will take 3-5 business days before you receive your money. If you refund the product without a valid reason (for example a broken watch or wrong delivery), we will charge 8euro shipping costs for the shipping from our warehouse to your adress.
1. At KLEIN Watches we know for a fact that you will be thrilled with your new KLEIN watch. In the rare event that you are unsatisfied with your watch or if there were any shipping damages you can get a unconditional no questions asked full refund within 24 hours after receiving your watch, we will cover the shipping costs if the problem is caused by us but if not we will charge €8,- for shipping costs. Just send us an email and we will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
2. If an issue occurs with the movement of your watch after 24 hours we will replace your watch by a brand new watch. This is a 6 month warranty. We will cover the shipping costs if the problem is caused by us within the first 24 hours.
3. Before returning your watch to us, please send us an email and make sure to return the watch in the original condition.

Returns are only accepted for watches purchased directly here at the KLEIN Watches webshop. The returned watch should be returned in its original and undamaged packaging. We will cover the shipping costs if the problem is caused by us within the first 24 hours.
Yes, we can change the adress if the items aren't shipped yet. You have 24 hours to contact our support team to change the adress after ordering your item. If not, we can not do anything and we will not refund your money.
